The Julia Butler Hansen House is nearing completion of its upgrades as funded by a Washingotn State Legislative grant. The HVAC has been upgraded to all new equipment including humidity control for inside the house to protect the many paintings and documents. The foundation and security systems have been upagraded. As of July 14, the re-roofing to historic standards is about halfway done. Thanks much to Carlsons from Longview, ComputerLinkNW of Cathlamet, and Townsends and Sons of Cathlamet. And especialy to Joel McEntire for his office's support to get the grant.

The auction was an all-hands-on-deck event. Now we can focus on completing this website, and our construction projects: The HVAC is done - Thank you Carlsons. The Security is done - Thank you Computer Link NW. The foundation work is done - Thank you Townsends. The roof work is in progress.
